Terms & Conditions

1.         By giving us, your credit card and billing information, as well as authorizing the charge on the initial sales call; you agree to the terms and conditions of the Resorts and our company and understand that you have already been charged for the above vacations.

2.         I understand that all payments are non-refundable.

3.         I also understand that I cannot split days in different destinations and cannot use vacation package back to back. Please contact us for more information.

4.         Group travels/ quinellas / referred friends or family members are NOT allowed to travel on the same vacation as the purchaser; guests must be added as additional travelers to your vacation package offer if purchaser wishes to travel with friends or family. Unless traveling to Grand Sirenis in ALL Locations

5.         Three (3) night maximum stay applies for Club Cala in Puerto Rico, London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu, AZ, Living Stone Golf Resort in Collingwood, ON, Trophy Run in Branson, MO, and The Atrium Resort in Virginia Beach, VA , The Central Hotel in Sevierville, TN, Gatlinburg Town Square/ Village in Gatlinburg, TN, Ocean Manor, and Plunge Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Some locations offer additional nights that can be purchased with the agency or with the resort directly.

6.         Four (4) night maximum stay applies for Condovac, Villa Del Palmar, Krystal, all Grand Oasis Cancun, Emotions, Dreams, Secrets, Now, Sunscape, Breathless, ALL USA properties, Melia, Sunset Marina, Sunset Royal, and Laguna Suites. Some locations offer additional nights that can be purchased with the agency or with the resort directly.

7.         Five (5) night minimum stay (must travel 5 nights) applies to Grand Sirenis Properties in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and Riviera Maya, Mexico.

8.         Five (5) night stays are offered in ALL Sandos Properties in Mexico, Marina Fiesta in Cabo, Mexico, and resorts in bullet #7.

9.         We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to nature, strikes, mechanical problems, pandemics, or Acts of God.

10.       Sorry no pets can accompany travelers in any of the accommodations provided. Service animals are accepted in USA locations only.

11.       Upgrades may be purchased through our Reservations Department.

12.       You are required to take a VIP Amenity Showcasing of the Resort/ Hotel (If you do not view the showcasing of the resort/hotel in the required locations you will be charged the retail rate of your stay).

13.       The customer must give a minimum of 60 days advance booking notice for any other time except for major holidays such as: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve/Day, Spring Break, Easter week, and government observed holidays; which require a minimum of 90 days advance notice. Resort fees & taxes may apply for some locations depending on dates, location, and resort selected. (Extra fees apply per resort during holiday seasons & peak times of travel; this also includes international holidays for international travels; although a 90-day minimum advance booking notice is not required for international holiday bookings.).

14.       If booking under the 60 days advance notice or the 90 days advance notice fees may apply.

15.       We are unable to book more than 6 months prior to check in date. Some resorts may confirm only 90 days prior to check in date.

16.       If the customer decides to change or cancel their travel dates after confirmed for travel a fee applies per resort and location.

17.       Changes to your reservation, which include changes to itinerary, date change, change in number of travelers, etc. may result in price increase.

18.       Please understand booking may take up to 10 business days; depending on the resort and information needed to reserve dates. 

19.       Married or co-habituating qualify for all locations on this promotion; if single see next bullet point.

20.       Travelers with a marital status as single, divorced, legally separated, or widowed are unable to travel to; Grand Sirenis, Sandos properties in all locations, Daytona, FL Lake Buena Vista, StaySky Suites, and Vista Cay Resort in Orlando, FL, Missouri, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

21.       Single women are accepted in every location; except where listed on bullet # 18.

22.       Single men are ONLY allowed to travel to Bali Palms, Bali Seascape in Bali, Indonesia, Villa Del Palmar in Cancun, Mexico as well as Grand Oasis Cancun, Grand Oasis Palm, Melia, Buenaventura Grand, and Las Palmas by the Sea; unless traveling with a female companion than see bullet # 18.

23.       All United States, Bahamas, and Grand Cayman Island Properties have a maximum of four (4) guest per room unless receiving 2 room condo accommodations (upgrade fees may apply); In most Mexico & Dominican Republic destinations the room accommodations allow 2 Adults and 2 Children under the age of 12. Dreams, Now, & Sunscape Resorts only accept 2 adults and 2 children 3 years of age and under; children 4 and older can be added for a fee of $75.00 per night. Infinity 8 Resort, Bali Paragon Resort, and The Mahogany Hotel in Bali, Indonesia, Breathless, Secrets properties and Sandos Cancun accepts 2 Adults ONLY. Children can be added to: The Mahogany Hotel in Bali; two children under 12 can be added for a one time fee of $199.00 at the time of booking. Condovac and Villas Sol in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica allows 2 adults and 2 children 17 and under.

24.       Additional Travelers (More than 2 adults and 2 kids traveling): 13 and older traveling to most Mexico locations are $99 per night per person (Holiday rates are different than regular rate depending on resort and location), Dreams, Sunscape, and Now Resorts: 13 years of age and older are $250.00 per person per night paid directly to the resort at confirmation of first nights included with the agency, children 2 and older traveling are $85.00 per child per night, Grand Sirenis Resort travelers 13 and older are $165.00 per night per person; depending on ages of travelers and if traveling with five or more the cost will include a 2^nd room. All other locations; additional traveler prices vary by date and resort. Please keep in mind when adding additional travelers, they will be at a discounted rate per night (rates depend on resort and location).

25.       Same rates also apply if booking additional nights.

26.       All Inclusive locations are Curacao, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Mexico. 

27.       Airport pick up Details are as follows; all inclusive locations offer airport pick up ONE WAY; EXCEPT for Breathless, Dreams, Now, Secrets, & Sunscape which offers NO AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION, Condovac in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica offers ROUND TRIP airport pick up and drop off.

28.       Bali: Bali Paragon Resort: Accommodates 2 adults only; buffet breakfast daily included and round trip airport pick up available, The Mahogany Hotel: Accommodates 2 adults, buffet breakfast daily included, includes shuttle service to and from Nusa Dua Shopping Center and one way airport pick up available, & Infinity 8 Bali: Accommodates 2 adults only; buffet breakfast included; airport transportation is not offered.

29.       Hotel/Resorts and Locations and terms from the resort are subject to change.

30.       Any false information provided will be treated as fraud.

31.       Buyer is over the age of 28 years of age and understands that his/her credit card has been charged for the above vacations for the non-refundable purchase, and all the above information is correct.
